A transcription service is offered for English language audio recordings in both digital and analogue format. Write Skills works to the highest standards, transcribing into Microsoft Word documents, but cannot take responsibility for omissions due to noise interference, poor enunciation or pronunciation, heavily accented speech, etc. A maximum of four attempts is made to transcribe speech, whereafter problems and omissions are indicated in the text by a question mark.

Turn-around times can be provided on request and will depend on when the recordings are received and our minimum charge-out unit is 30 minutes. Transcriptions are returned via e-mail and all DVDs, CDs, memory sticks, etc. are returned to the client via courier.
